Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Laser Cutter Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality materials used in custom jerseys, patches, and other apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines
- Load and align materials accurately (twills and fabrics)
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment
- Inspect final products for precision and quality
- Work collaboratively with design and production staff to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a laser/CAD cutter (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Experience in garment production, embroidery, or screen printing
- Familiarity with vector editing and digitizing software
- Creative problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
