Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX, for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager at Exclusive Furniture. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the success of the store. Daily responsibilities include mentoring and coaching the sales team, ensuring store operational efficiency, monitoring inventory, and fostering a customer-focused environment. The role also entails generating sales reports, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and goals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating sales professionals to achieve performance goals
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions, and close sales effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management, reporting, and utilizing point-of-sale systems to track performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Customer service excellence, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within the team and with customers
- Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus
