What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Dispatch position at Exclusive Furniture?
Exclusive Furniture is now hiring a FULL TIME store receptionist/customer service representative!
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Prior experience is a plus!
- Entering sales into our dispatch system with driver & time frame information
- Answering calls from customers
- Sending out calls confirming date & time of delivery
- Assisting with customer pickups from warehouse
- Completing orders in the system to reflect correct information
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
** Need someone who is attention to detail, reliable & punctual
** Availability Needed: 8am-6pm – Monday to Saturday
** Warehouse- Missouri City
$13.00/hr
