Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced siding installer for our crew lead position. Pay is dependent on experience and knowledge. All equipment and tools are supplied by Exclusive Exteriors. We are fully insured.
This role requires an individual who is:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Reliable. Showing up to work on time, wants to come to work, and someone your crew can look up to as a example.
- Capable of leading a crew and teaching others.
- Efficient and able to install according to manufacturer specifications.
- Extremely knowledgeable and experienced in installing siding, trims, etc. to a professional standard.
Duties
- Execute installation tasks for various projects, including installing all varieties of siding, soffit/facia, trims, etc.
- Install Specialty Siding. We do very little Vinyl siding. Majority of the jobs will consist of LP, Hardie, Vesta, Metal, PVC, etc.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Lead a team (Usually 3 crewmembers) to efficiently complete jobs while holding the up most eye for quality.
- Learn our styles of installing and uphold yourself and your crewmembers to that standard.
- Handle heavy lifting as required on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Be comfortable at heights over 10' on ladders and scaffolding.
- Comfortable transporting a 18' enclosed trailer from job to job as we complete them (with the company truck)
Skills
- Experienced in siding installation. Real on the job experience required for this position.
- Experience with all related hand and power tools.
- Common sense with a eye for quality.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for effective sealing.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of job requirements.
- Physically able to climb ladders and move at a fast pace.
We operate Monday Through Friday 7:30 to 5:00. Overtime is paid over 40 hours if met. Bonuses are in place for finishing early on each job.
As a Crew Leader, you will have say on working times, days off, Pay raises for the crew, etc. As a Crew Leader you will be fully running a installation crew from working on the house, training as needed, recommending raises, and over all making sure the crew is motivated, and completing jobs within the allotted timeframe.
If you are a masterful installer, but have never ran a crew before, we are willing to teach the right person who shows leadership traits. Pay would be dependent on how much we would have to oversee the crew and teach.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
