About Us:
Exclusive Events, Inc. is an Event Design and Production Company that fabricates set and furniture pieces for all social and corporate events. Exclusive Events, Inc. employs technicians familiar with theater lighting, carpenters, scenic artists, craft and fabric artisans, and event designers on a full-time basis. Exclusive Events, Inc.'s fabrication shop and warehouse are located in the suburbs of St. Louis, Mo while traveling nationwide for installation and removal of our designed events are occasionally expected.
Operations Supervisor
Individual will be responsible for working with management and logistics in maintaining and supervising all aspects of a technical warehouse. This includes items such as furniture, staging, props, walls and set pieces. Will also assist with the inventory of lighting, video and sound equipment. The Operations Supervisor will actively work in the warehouse as well as on event location. Knowledge of Technical Theater is helpful but not required.

- Available to work evenings and weekends (not all)
- Computer literate
- Available for occasional travel
Preferred Experience, but will train:
- Forklift
- Scissor lift
- Class E driver license
General Job Responsibilities:
- Create daily goals for the team and ensure tasks are completed
- Coordinate daily pulling of items
- Ensure trucks are loaded in a timely manner
- Ensure trucks are unloaded post-event and items are returned to stock
- Oversee deliveries and manage assembly of items when required
- Ensure general cleanliness of warehouse
- Report any maintenance requirements to management
- Inventory management
- Work with logistics on general organization or ref the warehouse
- Track and communicate any damaged equipment or tools to appropriate department
- General team collaboration
- Identify areas of improvement within the warehouse and communicate to management
- New-hire training and ongoing training for team when required
- Responsible for sending daily team reports via email
- Errands as required
- Additional duties as assigned
Hiring Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or valid work authorization
- Valid driver license
- Full criminal background investigation performed
- Clean drug test results
- Must sign a non-compete agreement
