What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Driver (Step-Van) position at Exclusive Elevations LLC?
Exclusive Elevations aims to promote our drivers from within. One of the best methods to earn a higher salary is through the step van certification process:
- NO CDL license required.
- You must also be able to be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- We will provide DOT training so you can be certified to drive a step van.
- Report to work 15 min early to complete detailed pre-trip inspection
- Maintain DOT status- carrying DL and medical card at all times
- Maintain a safety FICO score of 750 or above
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
- Must be comfortable loading and unloading packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
