What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Associate (Performance Based) position at Exclusive Elevations LLC?
Exclusive Elevations LLC is a logistics company who thrives to provide excellent service to their clients. We deliver packages on behalf of our service partners. We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. This position is performance based- and employment will be evaluated 90 days post hire.
PROVISIONAL DRIVERS LICENSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED- NO PAPER COPIES
- Please come prepared with a charged smartphone- as our formal application is done online
- Pay is $18.25 - $20.15 per hour
- Shifts options are:
- FRIDAY - MONDAY
- THURSDAY - SATURDAY
- Drivers can pick a preference that we can try to work with but the schedule is built based on current company needs
What would we expect from YOU? ...................................
- Report to work on your scheduled shift on-time
- RESCUES are not optional- based on daily business needs
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
- Use hand held device for routing information, scanning packages customer delivery information
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Provisional driver's license NOT accepted
- At least 21 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background, MVA, and 5 panel drug test
