What You’ll Do

Cleaning & Disinfection

• Perform detailed cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms (ORs) and clinical spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies

Safety & Quality Standards

• Properly use PPE and cleaning chemicals (training provided)
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and log tasks using CleanSmarts
• Keep janitorial closets and equipment clean and organized

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with team members across multiple sites
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients
• Report damages, supply needs, or concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 3 months of janitorial or professional cleaning experience
✔ Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites
✔ Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and safely operate cleaning equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
✔ Dependability—being on time and showing up consistently is essential
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (but not required):

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
