Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Own and drive all US sales efforts including direct sales, PLG conversion strategies, and channel-led growth.
- Channel Strategy: Build and execute a high-impact channel strategy. Identify, recruit, enable, and grow a network of channel partners to drive scale.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, coaching to success, and cultivating a culture of accountability and growth.
- Sales Execution: Implement best-in-class sales methodologies, with a strong focus on MEDDICC and Command of the Message to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and deal progression.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and success across the customer journey.
- Performance Metrics: Own revenue targets and report on key KPIs including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, channel contribution, forecast accuracy and PLG performance.
- Proven experience leading SaaS sales in high-velocity, channel and direct sales environments.
- Deep expertise in building and scaling channel programs in the US market.
- Familiarity with selling to technical/IT personas and understanding their buying journey.
- Strong command of MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed sales teams and driving regional revenue growth.
- Experience supporting or integrating PLG models into the broader sales strategy.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute in a fast-growth environment.
