Excite Medical is seeking a motivated Medical Device Technical Support & Production Technician to join our growing team.
No prior medical device experience is required. We provide full training for the right candidate.
This position combines customer technical support with hands-on manufacturing. You will assist customers by troubleshooting our medical devices over the phone and remotely. When not handling technical support calls, you will help assemble, test, inspect, and prepare our DRX medical devices for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of electronics and computers.
- Good mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with your hands.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers by phone and remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues.
- Assemble, test, inspect, and calibrate medical devices.
- Assist with production and quality control.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Work closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
