Certification And License Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of practice (underline and bold as specified).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred or required depending on unit needs.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar acute care setting.
- Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments and handle a wide range of patient needs.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV management, patient assessment, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain a compassionate approach while delivering high-quality patient care.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital, specifically in a PCU, telemetry, or step-down unit.
- Prior experience working in a similar hospital environment is highly preferred.
- Weekly taxable pay: $1,994.94
- Weekly stipend: $1,246.00
