- EMR : EPIC
- NBO : 16 hrs
- OT/Holiday : 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back : 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: $9/hr
- Charge/Precept : $6/hr
- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs
- Avg. caseload - We average 35-50 cases per day. Our expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes.
- Special equipment - We have 3 Davinci robots, we use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and we use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We dont do many ortho joints.
- How many suites - We have 16 ORs. We run from 12-14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas.
- Service lines - Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures.
- Scrub or Circulate - both would be preferred.
- Other - the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 0630am Monday.
