Certifications And Licenses Requirements
- Washington State RN License (active and current)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Pending license required for initial submission; temporary license typically takes approximately 4 weeks to process.
- A minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience in a fast-paced hospital setting, demonstrating strong critical care skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and decision-making skills suited for complex patient care.
- Flexibility and reliability, especially for night shifts and weekend shifts, including every other week or possibly every weekend.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Prior experience working in a hospital ICU environment, preferably within Washington state or comparable healthcare systems.
- Experience with stroke protocols, ventilator management, and critical care procedures is highly desirable.
