What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward position at EXCHANGE HOTELS MANAGEMENT?

Qualifications:ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cookware using manual and/or machine methods.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Inspect dishes and utensils for cleanliness and remove any damaged or soiled items.
- Stock dishwashing supplies, such as detergents and sanitizers.
- Clean and maintain the dishwashing area, including the dish machines, sinks, and floors.
- Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
MUST HAVES:
- Passion for creating amazing experiences for our clients and guests.
- Eye for detail and detail orientation.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous stewarding experience desired.
- Must be able to communicate, read, write, and understand instructions and safety rules.
- Completes required training as scheduled.
- Ability to learn proper use of various types of equipment and cleaning materials used in cleaning assigned areas.
- Must have a valid current Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
