- Assist customers with debits and credits, ensuring accurate account management.
- Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
- Implement fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard customer information and assets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Support loan origination processes by guiding customers through application requirements and documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service/banking or a related field is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Familiarity with financial software and banking operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to promote financial products effectively.
- Understanding of fraud prevention detection practices within the banking industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
