Job Summary
Job Summary
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable SLS Supervisor to join our team in supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. You’ll play a key role in helping our team provide quality services to our consumers - you will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintain staff schedules, and assist in the development of staff. The SLS Supervisor will serve as the first point of contact for all staff, consumers, their families, and other service coordinators within their assigned area.
Experience is great, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Oversee work of the assigned DSPs
- Assist in the training and development of new and current staff
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Respond to call-offs and provide coverage as needed
- Maintain documentation for each consumer and staff member to ensure compliance
- Assist in the interviews of potential DSPs
- Respond to and report emergency situations
Qualifications
- Must pass DOJ Live scan
- Physical & TB test required during onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisor experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities required
- ABA Background preferred
- DSP 1 and DSP 2 preferred
- RBT Certification preferred

Compensation: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
