We’re currently seeking a passionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) to join our team and deliver client-centered, strengths-based mental health services across Texas. This is a flexible opportunity with both full-time and part-time hours available, and the freedom to create your own schedule in coordination with clients. What You'll Do:
- Provide community-based case management services to children and their families
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, addiction counselors, and leadership to create individualized treatment plans
- Utilize client and family input along with collateral data to identify key treatment goals
- Offer case management support to improve the family unit’s overall functioning
- Maintain clear documentation and communication in alignment with agency expectations
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ANSA Certification
- CANS 3-6 Certification
- CANS 6-17 Certification
- Reside in Beaumont, TX
- Able to pass a background check
- Strong rapport-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Suite, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience in behavioral or mental health
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- ABA/Autism Experience
- BCBA Certification
- RBT Certification
