Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to support clients' progress. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful improvements in clients’ lives while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify target behaviors and underlying functions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services across various settings, including home-based environments and school settings, supporting children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Offer clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to facilitate consistent implementation of treatment plans and improve client outcomes.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and client assessments to determine eligibility for services and guide intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Extensive background in data collection, functional assessment, and behavior intervention within clinical or educational settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including designing and implementing behavior plans based on scientific principles.
  • Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities across diverse environments such as homes or schools.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Prior experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments for clients presenting complex behavioral health needs.
  • Strong clinical supervision skills to mentor behavior technicians while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and experience collaborating within school systems to support children with disabilities.
