Job Description
School Psychologist evaluate students for special education eligibility by administering and interpreting a wide range of individualized standardized assessments instruments in all psychological domains as well as appropriate placement or intervention method. The school psychologist functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to determine the student’s eligibility for special services. The school psychologist may also be involved with academic and behavioral interventions, social skills groups, and crisis intervention. Applicants must have successfully completed a School Psychologist master’s program and meet the requirements of an Arizona School Psychologist certificate. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Applicants must be able to work cooperatively with all members of the staff and communicate effectively with parents.

Job Requirements
Must have successfully completed a School Psychologist master’s program and meet the requirements of an Arizona School Psychologist certificate. Valid Arizona Teacher Certification / Endorsement consistent with assignment. Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card.
