Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Full Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping residents achieve their fullest potential while collaborating with a skilled team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and needs.
- Provide patient and family education to support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care.
- Document resident progress, treatment, and any necessary updates accurately.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in SNF setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
