As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the facility, including onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. This leadership role requires a hands-on, approachable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required
- 2-5years of experience in Human Resources is required
- Experience in LTC is a plus
