Exceptional is looking for extraordinary Registered Nurses for a 9-bed unit with telemetry capabilities.
Nurse Responsibilities:
- Create, follow and update treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
- Provide nursing advice and emotional support.
- Be an effective team member or team leader
- Patient and Family Education
- Collaborate with physicians, family and patients to provide optimal care
- Train new nurses.
Nurse Requirements:
- At least 2 year of recent experience as an acute care RN.
- Ability to think and act critically
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Patience with difficult patients.
- Compassion for all patients and family members
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self starter and CAN DO attitude a MUST.
Requirements:
- License to practice nursing in the state of AZ required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required
- A minimum of one year of inpatient, PCU, tele, or similar hospital experience
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- 12 hour shift
- All shift
