What You'll Bring
- 3 years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license with hands-on ER background (required)
- ADN from an accredited program; BSN strongly preferred
- Joint Commission preparation experience
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
