We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Cabinet Fabricator / Cabinet Maker to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry according to detailed shop drawings and specifications.
• Cut, machine, and assemble cabinet components using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Work with premium materials, including hardwoods, plywood, veneers, and specialty products.
• Operate woodworking equipment, including table saws, panel saws, edge banders, and other fabrication machinery.
• Install hinges, drawer slides, and other cabinet hardware.
• Ensure all cabinetry meets our quality standards for precision, fit, and finish.
• Read and interpret cabinet drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
• Collaborate with our design and production teams to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HIGH END cabinet fabrication, woodworking, or custom millwork preferred.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction techniques and woodworking materials.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and accurately use measuring tools.
• Experience operating woodworking machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with frameless and face-frame cabinet construction.
• CNC machinery experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
