We are currently seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program at our Children's Center with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Position Overview:
As the BCBA Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall clinical and operational oversight of our IBHS ABA services. This leadership role includes supervising clinical staff, ensuring program compliance, and upholding the highest quality of care for the individuals and families we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management and clinical oversight of the IBHS ABA services.
- Supervise and support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and behavioral health staff.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as ethical standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
- Lead program development and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA and behavioral health services.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
