Role Description NO H1B sponsorship
This is a full-time Night Shift with sign-on bonus, is an on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technologist located in Excelsior Springs, MO. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. They will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, adhere to quality control procedures, and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Technology and expertise in Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Medicine and Quality Control
- Understanding of Medicine principles relevant to laboratory operations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is highly preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is a plus
