Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls per day, answering and transferring inbound calls.
- Contact clients via phone to collect outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Utilize financial software to track accounts and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Educate clients on their financial obligations, including the implications of unpaid debts and available payment options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Valued Qualifications
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with proven customer service skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Strong math skills for accurate calculations related to debits & credits and account balances. .
- Previous experience in debt collection.
- Proficient in using collections/accounting software for account management.
Paid training is provided, including working with the latest collections software This is a full-time position, Monday -Friday from 9am-530pm, with weekends and most major holidays off.
