Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce access control procedures, including checking credentials and verifying authorized personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
- Complete detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to maintain composure and make quick, rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN
