Compensation
- $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and assignment)
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Opportunities for additional hours based on performance
- Active Florida Class D and Class G licenses
- Minimum 1 year of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned post on time
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Officers who can hold a post professionally without constant supervision
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
- Clean, professional appearance and command presence
- Ability to interact with clients, residents, and the public confidently
- Maintain strict access control and monitor all entry/exit activity
- Conduct foot of assigned property
- Deter criminal activity and respond to incidents in a controlled, professional manner
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports
- Serve as a visible security presence to support client operations
- Prior military or law enforcement experience
- Officers with high-end residential, corporate, or access control experience
- Candidates available for immediate start
