Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality care and professional growth
- Ensure residents receive care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Perform resident rounds, assessments, and monitor changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
- Lead and participate in care plan meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Support quality assurance initiatives and survey preparedness
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused culture
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required
- Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
