Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality resident care
- Monitor resident progress and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility healthcare regulations
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, upper management, residents, and family members
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of patient care
