Pay: $28.50 - $33 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments
• Perform clinical procedures, including wound care, with skill and compassion
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active and valid LPN license in the State of Florida
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
