Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans based on resident assessments.
- Perform clinical procedures including wound care and other treatments with skill and compassion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Protect resident privacy and uphold HIPAA and facility guidelines on confidentiality and rights.
- Active and valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred, but not required.
