Palm Beach Nursing and Care Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance department. This vital role ensures the safety, functionality, and compliance of our facility, contributing directly to the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department to ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility.
• Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to maintenance personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment, building systems, and physical structures for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all maintenance activities.
• Accurately document repairs, warranties, inspections, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal maintenance standards and regulations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee repairs, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, equipment maintenance standards, and facility compliance requirements.
