What You’ll Do
- Supervise residents during outdoor and designated smoking activities
- Provide a calm, friendly presence while spending time outdoors with residents
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
- Observe and report behavioral or mood changes to nursing staff
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Remain attentive and engaged during extended outdoor periods
- Follow facility safety policies and resident supervision guidelines
- Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to remain attentive and alert throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- No prior experience necessary—training provided!
