Location: Deltona, Florida

Shift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Support Recovery: Assist in evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Empower Independence: Guide residents through therapeutic activities that promote strength, function, and confidence in daily living.
• Deliver Compassionate Care: Monitor progress and support residents as they work toward rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a Purpose: Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional outcomes for every resident.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism in all interactions.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Active Florida COTA license (required).
• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus—but we welcome passionate new grads too!
