Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, ensuring residents' dignity and comfort.
- Promoting Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to create a secure and supportive environment.
- Fostering Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to create trust and a sense of belonging.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy living environment.
- Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in conditions, care plans, and activities to ensure effective communication with the care team.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide individualized, holistic care.
- Enhancing Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being based on their unique needs and preferences.
- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
