Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park

Position: Central Supply Coordinator

Location: Maitland, Florida

Shift: Full-Time 8a-4:30p

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Central Supply Coordinator to support our nursing team and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and have a talent for organization and communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain copy machine supplies (paper, toner)
• Conduct regular inventory of medical supplies, diapers, and OTC medications
• Place weekly orders through Central Care (by 11 AM every Monday)
• Ensure timely delivery of gloves and PPE to nursing units
• Respond to calls regarding unserviceable equipment (computers, printers, vital sign machines)
• Order and replenish office supplies and toner
• Address urgent requests from nursing units promptly
• Keep G-Tube spike sets and irrigation kits stocked on each unit
• Receive and distribute packages from UPS & FedEx
• Accept medical supply deliveries and reconcile with packing slips and purchase orders
• Organize and store supplies according to central supply protocols
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior healthcare supply or nursing home experience strongly preferred
