Shift: Part-Time | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Belgrove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Central Supply Clerk to support our facility’s supply and inventory operations. In this vital role, you will ensure that staff have the essential medical and non-medical supplies they need to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill requisitions from nursing departments for a variety of medical and other supplies.
• Assemble, organize, and deliver requested items to designated departments.
• Obtain signatures from staff upon delivery of supplies.
• File and maintain requisition forms accurately.
• Receive shipments at the loading platform and verify items against purchase orders.
• Store received supplies in appropriate inventory areas.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stock levels.
• Pick up and deliver mail within the Center.
• Perform basic assembly tasks using hand tools.
• Keep supply areas organized, clean, and well-maintained.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures and supply issuing processes.
• Familiarity with nursing Center layouts is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools for routine assembly tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to interact positively with residents, staff, vendors, government agencies, and the public.
