Position: Central Supply Clerk

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift 8am-4pm

Salary: Up to $21 per hour based on experience

Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Central Supply Clerk to support our nursing and clinical teams by managing and coordinating supply needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. If you’re organized, reliable, and have healthcare experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of resident payor status (Medicare, Medicaid, Private, etc.)
• Track resident requirements for ASM supplies
• Notify ASM of changes in resident status (discharge, death, doctor’s orders)
• Forward purchase orders to Accounts Payable
• Ensure supply areas are clean and organized
• Assist nursing staff with missing charge reconciliation
• Monitor and report budget usage to the Administrative Director of Nursing Services (ADNS)
  
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Central Supply Certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. frequently and perform tasks involving walking, standing, and reaching
