Location: Port Charlotte, Florida

Shift: Part-Time - Tues-Thur | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM & Alternating Weekends | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Aide to support our residents during outdoor and smoking-supervision activities. No experience? No problem—we provide full training! This role is perfect for someone looking to get started in healthcare while making a meaningful difference in a calm, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise residents during outdoor and smoking activities
• Sit outside with residents to provide support and oversight
• Maintain a safe, calming, and positive environment
• Observe and report any behavioral changes to nursing staff
• Offer companionship, emotional reassurance, and friendly conversation
• Remain attentive and comfortable outdoors for extended periods
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Comfortable working outdoors for long durations
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• No experience necessary—training will be provided
