Job Duties
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.

Job Duties
- Organize billing packets, put in the envelopes and address them using the pre-printed mailing labels or handwriting
- Sort mail by size and run it through the postage meter machine.
- Perform basic maintenance of the postage meter and notify management of insufficient funds.
- Scan billing packets using the scanning equipment. Ensure all the documents are successfully scanned into the system
- Scan other daily work as need
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to maintain a strong confidentiality profile
- Ability to form interpersonal relationships (i.e. establish rapport with others)
- Ability to manage time effectively by setting priorities
