How You Will Make an Impact:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis.
- Build rapport and establish positive, therapeutic relationships with patients and their caregivers.
- Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute as a positive team member, supporting an inclusive team culture.
What You Need:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Required).
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (Required).
- Active state licensure
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients.
