Title: QA Lead
Location: Torrence, CA (Onsite)
Employment: Fulltime / W2 Contract
Job Description:
- 8 years of experience in QA/SDET in a digital product environment
- 4 years of QA Lead experience managing offshore team
- Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and testing needs of assigned projects
- Experience testing enterprise digital/web/cloud platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations involving numerous external vendors and internal teams
- In-depth knowledge of QA practices, policies and methodologies
- Experience in Reviewing business requirements/user stories, system documentation, and project assets to create robust, accurate, usable test artifacts (test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automated scripts, reports) to ensure results align with business needs
- In-depth knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation including Test Plan, Test Strategy & other artifacts
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and work within a hybrid environment
- Experience with SQL Queries to pull data
- Hands-on experience including definition of load test strategy, model & use industry-standard tools.
- Hands-on Experience with Jira/Zephyr tool set to manage defects, create defect dashboards/reports etc. for various stakeholders
- Expert level in authoring manual test cases, review test cases authored by offshore teams, create execution plans, review the actuals vs progress with execution.
- Strong documentation knowledge for QA is starting to end
