We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Community Marketing Representative to promote our home care services and help grow our client base.
This is a hands-on, in-person marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctor’s offices, clinics, hospitals, and community centers to introduce our services
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
Attend and represent the agency at health fairs, community events, and local outreach programs
Set up and manage a marketing table outside our office, engaging with the public and distributing flyers
Educate potential clients and families about our home care services
Track outreach efforts and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and speaking with people daily
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation (travel required). Must have car
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
Marketing, sales, or customer service experience required
Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
