- Provide daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
- Facilitates fun home and community activities for individuals.
- Teach skills and coach individuals for the purpose of increasing independence.
- Assist individuals with maintaining a clean and healthy home environment.
Direct Service Associate Position Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Drivers License with less than 6 points.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided.
