About the Role
As a Transmission & Distribution Estimator, you’ll evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensure every requirement is captured, and prepare competitive, accurate estimates that help us win and deliver high-impact projects. Projects typically range from $500K to $10M, requiring precision, speed, and strong collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret bid documents, specifications, and drawings for T&D projects.
- Work with subcontractors to obtain and evaluate competitive quotes.
- Collaborate with Project Management to finalize bids, budgets, and scope.
- Ensure all project requirements are documented, accurate, and aligned with bid strategy.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines.

Qualifications
- Estimating experience or exposure to the electrical/utility industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bonus: Experience in transmission line or distribution system projects
