Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA teams to deliver features
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews
- Integrate third-party APIs and data sources
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Strong experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Experience working in Agile development environments
