What You’ll Do
- Travel to assigned long-term care facilities to support audiology visits and resident care coordination.
- Assist with patient intake, health history review, vital signs, documentation, and clinical preparation.
- Support audiology providers during evaluations, treatments, hearing-related screenings, and follow-up care.
- Educate residents, families, and facility staff on hearing health, care plans, device use, and next steps.
- Coordinate with providers, facility clinical teams, and internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold clinical, compliance, infection control, and safety standards.
- Represent ExcelHealth Group with professionalism, compassion, and a patient-first mindset.
- Active RN license in good standing; compact license preferred where applicable.
- Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, mobile healthcare, audiology, ENT, or specialty clinic settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with providers and facility staff.
- Comfort traveling between facilities and adapting to new care environments.
- Compassionate approach to working with older adults and residents with hearing health needs.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
