What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Provide mobility support and help maintain resident comfort
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver high-quality care
Who We're Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Nursing Aide licensed in Delaware
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and time management skills
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply—we'll support your transition into practice
- Must be able to commute to Dover, DE daily
