Excelcare at Wayne is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor who provides leadership and clinical oversight for weekend operations in our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, supports nursing staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and promotes a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for resident-centered care.

RN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies
• Provide direct patient care when necessary
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly
  
  
  

RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
